How to reset your WordPress Password

Steps

1. Go to the WordPress Login Page

   Open your web browser and navigate to your WordPress login page. This is usually located at http://yourdomain.com/wp-login.php or http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin.

2. Click on the "Lost your password?" Link

   Below the login form, you'll typically find a link that says "Lost your password?" or something similar. Click on it.

3. Enter Your Username or Email Address

   On the password reset page, you'll be prompted to enter either your username or the email address associated with your WordPress account. Type in the required information and click on the "Get New Password" button.

4. Check Your Email

   WordPress will send a password reset link to the email address associated with your account. Go to your email inbox and look for an email from WordPress. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

5. Click on the Password Reset Link

   Open the email from WordPress and click on the password reset link provided in the email. This link will take you to a page where you can set a new password for your WordPress account.

6. Set a New Password

   On the password reset page, enter your new password twice to confirm it. Make sure to choose a h5 password for security purposes. Once you've entered your new password, click on the "Reset Password" button.

7. Log in with Your New Password

   After resetting your password, you'll be redirected to the WordPress login page. Enter your username or email address and the new password you just set. Click on the "Log In" button to access your WordPress dashboard.
